Any information, material, and/or document found upon this website, derived or produced from, or distributed by Iowa Paralegal Services is protected by copyright under federal and state laws. By use of this site and purchasing any information or materials by, from, or through Iowa Paralegal Services, all enrolled members are noticed that no information or materials obtained by, from, or through Iowa Paralegal Services shall be copied, loaned, forwarded, or otherwise distributed in any way. Violation of said terms of use and copyright protection shall subject the user to legal liabilities associated with copyright and end-use infringement.


Purchasing or obtaining a document, whether it be in print or electronically, does not give the end-user any of the rights granted to the copyright holder. The copyright owner has the exclusive right:

The creator of the work has exclusive rights with or without a copyright statement. According to the Berne Convention Implementation act of 1988, copyright notice is optional for all works published on and after March 1, 1989.
